Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RebarAI platform, operated by RebarAI, LLC ("RebarAI," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

RebarAI provides automated rebar detailing, including algorithm-generated 3D models, bar bending schedules, and fabrication-ready shop drawings, subject to detailer review and verification before delivery. The service is provided on a subscription or per-project basis as agreed in your order form.

You retain ownership of the structural drawings and project data you upload. You grant RebarAI a limited license to process that data solely to deliver the requested detailing, verification, and delivery outputs.

• Do not upload files you do not have the rights to submit
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform
• Do not use outputs in violation of applicable building codes without independent review

RebarAI outputs are engineering aids intended to accelerate detailing and are checked against ACI/CRSI compliance rules and reviewed by a licensed detailer before delivery. Final responsibility for construction suitability rests with the engineer or contractor of record for the project.

Fees are set out in your order form or subscription plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once detailing work has begun on a project.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RebarAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
